Copy the formatted signature
Use “Copy signature” for rich text. If your browser blocks it, try plain text or download the HTML file and open it locally to copy its rendered contents.
Add it to your email settings
Find the signature editor in your email app’s settings, paste the formatted signature, and save. “Copy HTML code” is for editors that explicitly accept HTML source—not ordinary signature boxes.
Send yourself a test
Email apps can change fonts, spacing, colors and links. Check desktop, mobile and dark mode before using it. Tables and inline styles improve portability, but rendering is not guaranteed in every client.
Text-only by design: no remote logos, tracking pixels or custom fonts in your exported signature. This creates an email footer, not a legal or cryptographic digital signature.
